Shipping notice: annual warehouse maintenance
From February 9 to March 1, our warehouse is closed for its annual maintenance, which keeps our fulfilment fast and reliable for the rest of the year.
When your order will be processed
Orders placed between February 9 and March 1 will be processed from March 2. Selected bestsellers continue to ship as normal and are marked on the product page. See the pieces that ship as normal.
Your pieces are reservedOrdering during this period reserves your chosen pieces at the current price, subject to remaining stock. As stock is limited, cancelled orders may not be available to buy again afterwards.
Cancellations
You can cancel within 1–2 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not entered processing. Please send cancellation requests to support@house-of-savoir.com.
Orders placed before February 9
These are not affected. If any order needs an adjustment, our client care team will contact you directly with your options.
