Every House of Savoir order is prepared by hand and sent with full tracking, with import duties and taxes already covered.
Order processing
Each order is carefully prepared before dispatch. Processing takes 1–3 business days. Orders placed after the Friday cut-off or at the weekend are processed on the next business day.
As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Import duties and taxes
House of Savoir pays all import duties and taxes. You will never be asked to pay anything extra when your parcel arrives, which also means faster customs clearance.
Delivery confirmation
An order is considered delivered once the carrier confirms delivery to the address given at checkout. Confirmation may include tracking status, GPS data, a delivery time or a photograph supplied by the carrier.
If a parcel is left at a porch, front door, mailbox, lobby, reception or another agreed safe place, responsibility passes to you once the carrier confirms delivery. Your phone number is shared with the courier only to arrange delivery.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your shipping details carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect, incomplete or outdated address.
Signature on delivery
Some orders may require a signature or additional verification. Not being available to sign does not count as non-delivery.
Good to know
- All delivery times are given in business days.
- Please do not refuse delivery. Refused parcels incur both the original shipping cost and the return shipping fee, which are deducted from any refund.
- Occasionally an order can be delayed by an address or billing mismatch, a payment security check, a remote destination, peak-season carrier volumes or temporary stock availability. We monitor every parcel until it arrives safely.
Cancellations
Because we prepare orders quickly, you can cancel within 1–2 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet entered processing or been shipped. After that, it can no longer be cancelled.
